  • 6 gluten-free sausages from Commercial Butchers
  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 apples, cored and chopped from Camberwell Fruit & Veg
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon from Sweeties Fruit & Nuts 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish


  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the cubed sweet potatoes, chopped apples, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat everything evenly.
  3. Arrange the gluten-free sausages on top of the vegetable and apple mixture.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the sausages are golden and fully cooked, and the vegetables are tender.
