  • 2 lemons, halved (Source: Camberwell Fruit and Veg)
  • 6 sprigs of fresh thyme (Source: Camberwell Fruit and Veg)
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed (Source: Camberwell Fruit and Veg)
  • Olive oil (Source: Nick & Sue’s Gourmet Deli)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (Source: Nick & Sue’s Gourmet Deli)
  • Mixed root vegetables (carrots, potatoes, parsnips) for roasting (Source: Camberwell Fruit and Veg)


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stuff the cavity with lemon halves, garlic, and thyme.
