Crispy Panko Salmon

Prep Time: 15 mins.

Cook Time:  8-10 mins.

Total Time: 23 mins. – 25 mins.

Mix in a bowl:

  • 3 Tbsp mayo
  • 1/2 Tsp paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 Tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 Tsp cayenne
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chives
  • 1/2 Lime juice
  • Black pepper
  • 2 Salmon fillet portions
  1. Place salmon skin side down and spoon the mixture on top of the salmon.

Now mix in a bowl:

  • 6 Tbsp panko bread crumbs you can substitute for gluten-free
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 Tsp salt

         2. Put the breadcrumb mix on the salmon and push down to stick to the mayo mixture.

         3. Place into the try and Airfry at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
