This chocolate avocado ‘mousse’ is guilt-free and delicious.

2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp cacao nibs
Raspberries to top
- Place the avocado into a food processor and pulse until the avocado begins breaking down.
- Add the cocoa powder, salt, maple syrup, and vanilla, and blend again until you reach a silky-smooth consistency.
- Add 1/4 cup almond milk and blend until you have a creamy, pudding-like consistency. If needed, add extra milk to reach desired consistency.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Serve your chocolate avocado mousse chilled with a dollop of Greek yogurt or whipped cream and top with raspberries.
